A new vision for Aylesbury

Sainsbury’s has now submitted two planning applications for proposals which would jointly regenerate two key sites in Aylesbury. The proposals comprise:

• The refurbishment of our town centre store and, in partnership with Churchill Retirement Living (CRL), redevelopment of the surrounding area.
• Development of a new, modern foodstore at the vacant Gatehouse site, on the corner of Bicester Road and Gatehouse Road.
